River City Music publishes great songs for congregational Christian worship
We are dedicated to finding, developing and publishing songs from the wealth of non-professional talent in the community of faith. We provide guidance, development and a publishing outlet that touches both the traditional and new-technology channels.
The three founders (Geoff Fawcett, J. Brian Craig, Sherwin Mackintosh) are experienced songwriters and worship leaders. We draw from the richness of 4-part congregational singing in our Restoration Movement roots to promote songs that cross styles and worship experiences: traditional and modern hymns, pop/rock power ballads and "vertical" worship songs, simple spirituals, triumphant musical ballads, gospel -- all of which "scale" from small groups of voice-only singing to full-blown musical productions.
